Biografie:

Kate Carruthers is Chief Data & Insights Officer for UNSW Sydney, and is also an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the School of Computer Science & Engineering. She is a Certified Information Security Manager and is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in cybersecurity. Kate has extensive experience in senior roles in ICT across the finance sector, marketing, data and digital; and is a member of the NSW Government’s Data Analytics Centre Advisory Board. She is currently working at the intersection of analytics, AI, ML, privacy, cyber security, and data protection.

Kate is ready to deliver presentations and talks on the themes listed. She can connect theory with practice and provide real world insight for organisations in the following areas:
