I founded DNANUTRICOACH® in Barcelona and Athens to translate scientific, evidence-based nutritional genomics knowledge into precise, personalized, and accurate lifestyle recommendations and help people live longer and better!

I help people to achieve health promotion and diet-related complex disease prevention through dietary optimization. I have developed a Food Coaching methodology to empower individuals to improve their eating patterns.
