Dr Anastasia Dedyukhina is a TEDx speaker, author of bestselling book Homo Distractus, and a recognized thought leader in digital wellbeing. In her research, speaking and writing Anastasia focuses on how our devices impact us.
She founded tech life balance consultancy Consciously Digital in 2015, and is a director of Consciously Digital Coach Training program, the only educational program in the world preparing digital wellbeing coaches that is officially recognized by International Coach Federation (ICF).
