I deal with strategic management, marketing and communication, for more than 30 years. It is my ambition to transfer knowledge from different fields of research to business- and management-science to help enterprises to reach a unique positioning and sustainable business success. This only works, however, when people are seen as the source of added-value-creation.
I combined findings of Neuroscience with Quantum-Consciousness- Research and Transactional-Analysis and developed a new strategic and organisational approach that ensures the evolvement of potential and development for both: People and enterprise.
This new approach turns many paradigms and convictions of business administration and management science upside down. It unveils fallow potential and „mudas“, fosters efficiency and commitment, liberates energy and vitality. Overall it ensures health, creativity and innovation-strength on both, personal and corporate levels. Most of all: it increases added value.
