Bio:

I build on a 20+ year background in the entertainment industry covering media segments and verticals in broadcasting, journalism, film, publishing, gaming, both in startup and corporate environments. This is joined by a long year background in media research at universities in Germany, the UK and the US.

As a media industry executive I focus on leveraging emerging technologies and business models towards reaching untapped audiences.

As a leader I am particularly engaged in developing and evolving positive and strength based participation models for teams.
